B. Income Verification (i.e. your last 2 pay stubs)
Please submit your application & income verification in one of the following ways:
1. Fax it to (773)289-0639. If that doesn't work try (847)607-2222
2. Use Hightail* to send it online to: kevin@artecrentals.com
3. Submit it in person at the property address
*Hightail is a free, secure, and encrypted file sending service. Do not just email it through your email provider, it is not safe to use it to send sensitive information.
STEP 2 - PAY APP FEE
Your application will not be processed until the application fee has been received.
1. If you have a credit report from within the last year, you may submit that with your application and only pay the $20/person application fee instead. It must include both your actual credit score as well as your credit history.
Stop here, you're done. Wait to hear back if you've been accepted.
2. If you do not have a credit report from within the last year, please pay the $35/person app + credit report fee.
Move on to STEP 3.
STEP 3 - VERIFY IDENTITY FOR CREDIT REPORT
If you have paid the $35 app fee, you will receive an email from landlordstation.com with a unique link. You must click that unique link that you are emailed to verify your identity. This gives us access to your credit report.
Stop here, you're done. Wait to hear back if you've been accepted.
